Free goverment sponsored cell phones are a right,not a mere privelege. How can a street gangster or thug organize a flash mob to attack innocent,defensless,and unsuspecting citizens without the conveniance of a free cell phone? How can a lowlife consummate drug deals without the use of a cell phone? The gubmint needs to provide cell phones for these absolutely vital activities of daily living!! We should not question the infinite wisdom of our government or Chairman Obama in providing this lifeline to the bottom dwellers of society! (For that matter,why are the impoverished allowed to use food stamps at Ross Dress For Less?)
